Simple Switcher power management integrated circuits
Texas Instruments’ Simple Switcher power management integrated circuits are suitable for point-of-load applications with limited space in sectors such as industry, communications and automotive.
The National 1-A LMZ10501 and 650-mA LMZ10500 nano modules — which feature an on-chip conductor — and 2-A LMR24220and 1-A LMR24210 nano regulators are 7.5mm² in size.
They are compatible with the Webench online design software, which the company says speeds up and simplifies the design process.
The nano power modules can be used within an input voltage range of 2.7–5.5V and meet the CISPR 22 Class B standard for radiated and conducted electromagnetic interference in communications.
