N-channel transistor reduces parasitic inductors

Cissoid

CHT-Moon N-channel MOSFET transistor

Cissoid's dual high-temperature 40V N-channel MOSFET transistor is available in a small-footprint, surface-mounting, hermetically sealed ceramic SOIC16 package, delivering high system density.

It can switch currents up to 2A and provides a reliable solution for continuous operation over the same temperature range as all CHT products from Cissoid: from -55C to +225C.

Named Moon, the product is part of Cissoid's Planet product range of high-temperature, high-reliability transistors and switches.

The small CSOIC16 package and its pin-out are optimised to reduce parasitic inductors and capacitors when both N-channel MOSFETs are used in a push-pull stage, such as in DC-DC converters and motor drives.

The CHT-Moon N-channel MOSFET transistor keeps gate-leakage current below 100nA, while its drain-off current doesn't exceed 3.5uA and its turn-on delay time is 30ns.

The on-resistance and input capacitance are as low as 0.40 ohms and 370pF, respectively.

CHT-Moon is available immediately for sampling and evaluation in Ceramic SOIC16 package.
