Mouser Electronics is offering more than 40 types of motor driver ICs manufactured by Sanyo Semiconductor, an ON Semiconductor company that produces analogue and power-saving technologies for use in audio, video and power applications.
ON Semiconductor Sanyo motor-driver ICs are used in a variety of applications, including actuators in camera phones and digital cameras, office automation products, electrical home appliances and automotive electrical systems.
These motor-driver ICs include one, two and four-channel H-bridge drivers for bipolar stepper and brush motors; drivers for single, two and three-phase brushless motors; piezo actuator drivers; and system-driver ICs for camera and optical drives.
According to Mouser Electronics, many of these products feature a small physical footprint, low power consumption and high efficiency in SMT and through-hole packages.
