AUIRS2332J gate driver IC
The AUIRS2332J three-phase gate driver IC from International Rectifier is suitable for use in motor drives and inverters for electric and hybrid electric vehicles.
The 600V MOSFET and IGBT driver includes three high and low-side referenced output channels, an integrated operational amplifier and an open drain fault signal that indicates over-current or under-voltage shutdown.
HVIC technology allows monolithic construction with logic inputs that are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to a logic of 3.3V.
The unit is housed in a PLCC44 package and meets AEC-Q100 and RoHS standards.
