HC7011A 7in TFT video module
Gleichmann Sunrise has announced the launch of the HC7011A 7in TFT video module from Hexa Chain, which will be on display at Embedded World 2009.
The display is equipped with LED backlight and features brightness in excess of 1000 cd/m over the screen surface.
The brightness and a contrast ratio of 600:1 make the module, in 16:9 format with composite interface, ideal for displaying in video applications exposed to extreme ambient light conditions, for example in automobiles or display windows.
The use in such, often also climatically difficult, fields of application is supported by an extended operating temperature range from -30C to +80C.
The module requires an operating voltage of 12V.
A small keyboard PCB with integrated control LED, provided with the module, helps to control on-screen display settings and also makes the HC7011A an operational plug-and-play solution for mobile and stationary use.
