Acal introduces SRAMs for military customers
Acal Technology
SRAMs
Acal Technology is offering the latest SRAMs from GSI Technology, which are designed with an extended temperature range for military applications.
'By offering a temperature range of -55 to +125C, Acal can provide military customers with the high level of flexibility offered by GSI's SRAM products, as well as the 100 per cent hot and cold temperature testing that is standard on all GSI SRAM,' said Mike Farquharson, senior product manager, Acal Technology.
'GSI's SRAM also offers assurance of long-term continuity of supply, supporting the long-term operational lifetimes demanded by military equipment,' he added.
GSI offers military temperature SRAMs in all popular configurations.
Burstram and NBT SRAM ranges provide densities from 2Mb to 144Mb, at speeds of up to 300MHz.
The simultaneous read/write Sigmaquad-II and high-bandwidth SigmaDDR-II ranges offer densities from 18Mb to 144Mb and speeds up to 500MHz.
The GSI military SRAM devices are sampling now from ACAL.
