Rhopoint Components
Discontinued JFET devices
Interfet Corp offers a second source supply for many discontinued junction field effect transistor devices (JFET).
The company, represented in the UK by Rhopoint Components, offers more than 18 JFET geometries and 2,000 different part types.
JFET devices can be used in a variety of applications including test and particle measurement instrumentation, medical instrumentation, sensors and particle detection, consumer-orientated products such as high-end audio and microphones, and a variety of military applications.
Special electrical selections are available, as is lead-free/RoHS compliance.
Both standard commercial and military screening and processing are supported.
In addition to offering second sources to discontinued parts, the range of devices also includes dual matched transistors, parameter selected devices, and a 300V device.
