Fairchild FDZ371PZ MOSFET
Fairchild Semiconductor has introduced the RDS(ON) (75m microns at -4.5V) 20V P-Channel MOSFET in a 1 x 1mm WL-CSP package.
The FDZ371PZ is designed with Fairchild's Powertrench process technology which has a low RDS(ON), minimising conduction losses.
It also provides robust ESD protection of 4.4kV to protect against adverse ESD events.
The FDZ371PZ's WL-CSP package uses 4 x 250um lead-free solder balls, providing electrical and thermal resistance.
Package height, when mounted, is 0.4mm.
Price (each, 1k packs): USD0.30 (GBP0.18).
