DMTL offers Leadsun high-voltage diodes
DMTL
Leadsun high-voltage diodes
Very-high-voltage diodes from Leadsun Electronics are now available from DMTL.
The 2CL range is designed for applications where the maximum rated peak reverse repetitive voltage is potentially from 6kV to 20kV.
Typical applications are high-voltage DC generator assemblies, laser power supplies, cathode ray tubes, fly-back transformers and voltage multipliers.
Though small in size, the 2CL range of diodes have low forward pressure, low leakage current and offer high performance in high-voltage surge current applications.
Available with a maximum forward peak voltage range of 20V to 42V, the 2CL70-74 range has recently been designed into several specialist power supply projects by DMTL.
As an extension to its passive product range, DMTL has found that their design-in suitability has enabled its team to assist engineers in the selection of the right product to suit a particular specification.
