DI releases Mosfets for LCD TV backlighting
Diodes Incorporated
DMN3024LSD
Diodes Incorporated has extended its Mosfet offering with the introduction of 15 devices tailored to the needs of LCD TV and monitor backlighting.
Provided in industry standard TO252 and SO8 packaging, the Mosfets deliver the high power handling and fast switching required by high efficiency CCFL drive architectures.
The 30V rated, SO8 packaged dual N-channel DMN3024LSD suits push-pull inverters and offers a space-saving advantage over discrete-component alternatives.
In full and half-bridge topologies needing complementary pairs, the DMC3028LSD provides an integrated high performance N- and P-channel Mosfet combination.
For backlighting applications with multiple lamps, the extended TO252 Mosfet product range meets the higher power-handling requirements with optimised on-resistance and gate-charge performance.
Nine new N-channel and three new P-channel parts cover the drain-source voltage range from 20 to 60V.
