Cissoid introduces CMT-74XX logic series

Cissoid

CMT-74XX logic series

Cissoid, a provider of high-temperature semiconductor solutions, has unveiled a suite of logic products that sustain a temperature range of -55C to +175C.

The CMT-74XX range extends Cissoid's CMT line of high-temperature ICs in plastic packaging.

It is composed of a quad two-input NAND, a hex inverter, a quad two-input OR, a quad two-input AND, a quad two-input NOR, a dual D-type flip-flop with set and reset and a quad two-input XOR.

All devices are packaged in plastic SOIC16W to meet market demand for small form factors in high-temperature applications.

The CMT-74 series targets automotive, oil and gas, aeronautics and industrial markets.

All components can work between 3.3V and 5V power supply over the complete temperature range, with input and output CMOS compatibility.

The CMT product line was introduced in February by Cissoid to fill the temperature and cost gaps between usual semiconductor components and Cissoid's CHT line (-55C to +225C).

Cissoid's Galaxy family of logic products, which includes a full suite of logic products in CHT versions (-55C to +225C), now also extends to the company's CMT versions.

After Cissoid's CMT-555 timer, the CMT-74XX logic series is the next step in Cissoid's roadmap of plastic package products.

CMT-74XX products are available immediately in plastic SOIC16W packages for sampling and evaluation.

Pricing for CMT-74XX starts at EUR9.50 (GBP8.80) for up to 200 units.
