Transcend Flash cards
2001 Electronic Components has announced the expansion of its Transcend Flash card product line with units that can provide maximum performance when used with high-resolution imaging equipment.
The company has introduced high-capacity 400X Compactflash (CF) cards that feature high-speed transfer rates up to 90MB/s read and 60MB/s write.
With storage capacities ranging from 16GB to 64GB, Transcend's 400X CF cards allow designers to maximise performance with minimum space requirements and low cost.
Media files and operating systems can also utilise the ultra-fast, large-density range.
Fully compliant with Compactflash 4.1 specifications, Transcend's 400X Compactflash cards deliver transfer speeds up to 90MB/s with support for Ultra DMA (UDMA) mode 6.
These high-speed cards are designed to offer instant storage of high-resolution image data files generated by high-end systems.
