EMS has a huge range of small to medium sized DC motors utilising a range of technologies. Sizes start from the incredibly small 1.9mm diameter motor and planetary gearhead, up to 80mm and 200 Watts, making them suitable for applications such as medical devices, aerospace, control and instrumentation.

We also provide a comprehensive range of electric linear actuators and telescopic columns for a wide range of applications, We have produced actuation systems to the UK market for over 20 years and have a vast experience in specifying and supplying the right product for your application.

EMS Design

Based in Poole in Dorset, EMS manufacturing has expanded to become a key strategic part of the portfolio of products and services offered by EMS. The concept is to add value to the products traditionally offered, then develop this to provide complete bespoke solutions.

EMS Manufacture

EMS has a comprehensive manufacturing facility of 16,500sq/ft equipped with CNC machine centres and lathes as well as a dedicated gear cutting section producing spur, helical and worm gears.
