BHR Group's 18th International Conference on Pipeline Protection offers information on research, developments and applications in this area.
Registration is open for the conference which will be held in Antwerp, Belgium, on 4-6 November 2009.
The conference provides a forum for presenting practical solutions and debating the future direction of the pipeline industry.
The programme will include separate sessions on Offshore and Subsea Insulation; Cathodic Protection; Three-Layer Coatings; FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) Powders; Maintenance; Field Joints; Rehabilitation; FBE Applications, and Water.
Papers are presented by leading research and development scientists and engineers, and representatives of many of the world's leading companies in the field of pipeline protection.
There will also be an AC Corrosion Workshop.
The opening address will be presented by leading pipeline protection consultant Derek Mortimore of Selmers BV and will cover his '49 Years In The Business, From Granny Ragging To J-Laying.'
