Automotive-qualified MOSFETs
International Rectifier’s latest range of automotive-qualified MOSFETs are suitable for electric power steering, integrated starter alternator pump and motor control and other heavy loads on internal combustion engine and hybrid vehicle platforms.
The range of Hexfet MOSFETs work across voltages from 40V–200V and can have a benchmark Rds(on) of 1.25 mohms max. at 40V, 2.1 mohms max. at 60V, 2.6 mohms max. at 75V and 4.0 mohms max. at 100V.
The products meet AEC-Q101 standards and are manufactured from lead-free materials that are RoHS compliant.
A number of the MOSFETs have a maximum current rating of up to 240A in a D2Pak-7P.
