Advanced Handling has provided bespoke pit-mounted tables for Milton Keynes-based Coca Cola Enterprises, which processes approximately 350 vending machines every week. In order for the company’s 13 specially trained engineers to work safety and comfortably at their workstations, they require the vending machines to be lifted up to a height of around 1.5m. Advanced Handling’s solution enables the vending machines to be placed directly on the table surfaces.

Advanced Handling has designed and manufactured a fully bespoke scissor lift table for use at a high-security location where products are tested to destruction using electromagnetic waves. The table is able to lift to a capacity of 2,000kg and is fitted with four hydraulically actuated props that activate when the table is in the raised position to lock the scissor platform at the correct height.
